Make your operation measurable
MedJourney does not promise a number. It gives you the numbers you currently do not have — measured from your own operation, in your own panel.
-
Time to first response
How long an inquiry waits before a coordinator responds. Measured per application from the submission timestamp, visible in the management panel.
-
Offer preparation time
The interval between the physician's evaluation and the moment the offer is sent. Every step carries its own timestamp, so the delay is attributable to a stage rather than a person.
-
Stage-based drop-off
Where applications stop: evaluation, offer, acceptance or arrival. The conversion funnel reads the recorded evidence — an offer record, an assessment record — not the current status label.
These are the measurements the platform produces. The values you see in a demo come from a demo dataset; your own figures appear once your operation runs on the platform.
We are looking for our first institutional partners
MedJourney is a young product built with hospitals rather than for them. We work with a limited number of institutions that want to shape it.
- Preferential terms against the list price for the partnership period.
- Direct influence on the product roadmap: your operational requirements are planned with you.
- A joint case study — published only with your written approval and your own figures.
- Direct access to the product team during onboarding.
Executive Overview. Instant Clarity.
Leadership sees the state of the international patient operation without asking anyone for a report.
- Application volume, open processes, pending issues and unread patient messages at a glance.
- Conversion funnel from submission through evaluation, offer and treatment.
- Distribution by country, status and treatment area, filtered by date range.
- Satisfaction survey results collected after treatment.
Built around the operation, not the brochure
MedJourney is developed by a team that works directly with the coordination units running international patient processes.
International patient operations usually run across an inbox, a spreadsheet and a messaging app. Information is lost between people, nobody can say which stage an inquiry is at, and consent records live in a folder nobody has opened in months.
MedJourney turns that process into a single record: the inquiry, the physician's evaluation, the documents, the offer, travel details and post-treatment follow-up are attached to the same patient application, and every change is written to an audit log.
Medical decisions, offers and pricing are always produced by hospital staff. The platform does not generate medical advice or automated offers, and it does not act as an intermediary between the hospital and the patient.
See it against your own process
In a 30-minute session we walk through the platform with your operation in mind: how your inquiries would arrive, who would evaluate them, and what your management panel would show.
